1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

To register a phtqya account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of funds.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phtqya account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. phtqya employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If phtqya discovers multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers and bonuses, and confiscate any winnings or balances in the duplicate accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtqya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify phtqya customer support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phtqya shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

phtqya accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other locally available payment processors. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary based on payment method. phtqya does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees beyond our control.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phtqya account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds from illegal activities. phtqya reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits of any amount at our sole discretion as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required identification documents approved by phtqya's compliance team.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless such method is unavailable for withdrawals, in which case phtqya will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

• phtqya reserves the right to conduct additional security verification for withdrawal requests of any amount.

phtqya processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours for fully verified accounts. However, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, if additional verification is required, or for security reasons. phtqya reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and close accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of Terms, or any suspicious behavior.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phtqya is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our compliance obligations under Philippine law and international standards, we implement strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to provide additional documentation, including proof of identity, proof of address, source of funds verification, and enhanced due diligence documentation for large transactions or as otherwise required by phtqya's AML policies.

4. Wagers, Game Rules, and Results

4.1 Placing Wagers

You may place wagers on games and sports betting markets offered by phtqya only if you have sufficient available balance in your account. Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. All wagers are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered upon. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

4.2 Game Results and Settlement

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slots and casino games, or by actual sporting event results for sports betting. Game and bet results are final and binding once officially confirmed by phtqya's systems. In the event of technical malfunction, communication error, or system failure that affects game results, phtqya reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.

4.3 Maximum Winnings and Payout Limits

phtqya reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on individual wagers, daily winnings, and cumulative winnings over specified periods. Maximum payout limits vary by game type and are clearly stated in game rules. For progressive jackpot games, the maximum payout is the current jackpot amount displayed at the time of the winning spin.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phtqya offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and eligibility criteria. 6. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place wagers or manipulate games.
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors to obtain unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or document forgery.
• Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward phtqya staff or other players.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack phtqya's platform or software.
• Money laundering or use of phtqya services for illegal purposes.

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

phtqya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or engaged in any prohibited conduct. Upon account suspension or termination, all pending wagers may be voided, bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and remaining balance subject to forfeiture if the termination results from fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phtqya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of phtqya or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phtqya services solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phtqya content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtqya, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of phtqya services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if phtqya has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, phtqya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In any event, phtqya's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of phtqya services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your phtqya account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
